Shaw Business Solutions is growing faster than ever, they’re looking to hire Business Development Managers in Calgary and surrounding area!

Job Summary:
The primary role of the Business Development Manager (BDM) will be selling Shaw Business' full suite of business services with unlimited income potential. This position is typically based on the regional offices in Calgary, (McKnight and Edmonton trail). The BDM is responsible for developing new & existing client Develop new & existing client relationships, as well as increasing revenue growth. Connect with clients over the phone, through email, and in-person; passionately represents Shaw Busines and other partners in the business community, coordinate meetings & presentations for interested clients in person. Through training, this individual will be acquiring expertise on Telecom industry and hardware, plus a full suite of shaw business & Avaya business Services, training will be provided.

- Minimum 1-3 years of B2B or Retail Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service experience
- Ideal industries including telecommunications, technology, hospitality, & retail service background
- Must have excellent communication skills and a strong command of the English language. Multi-language speaking is an asset.
- Superior organizational & time management skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Having access to a vehicle is preferred.

2) Office Admin / Recruiter **New Role**

We are looking for a dedicated administrator to join our growing team. There is room for lots of opportunities to get a higher role in a short period of time.

Pay rate is between $15-$18/h plus Semi-Monthly competition with sales commission on top of that!

Job Description:
The primary role of the Business Administration Assistant (BAA) is to provide support for the Sales Manager and sales team. his position is typically based on the regional offices in Calgary, (McKnight and Edmonton trail). The BAA assists the Sales Manager with sales tracking, communication with clients, proposal writing, presentations, and marketing efforts including lead qualification & generation. Additional administrative duties include coordinating Events, Meetings, and calendars. Through training, this individual will acquire expertise on Telecom, Technology and Marketing industries

Essential Job Functions
- Manage database
- Coordinates email campaigns
- Follow-up emails
- Follow-up calls to clients and customers
- Post ads online
- Arrange interviews
- Placing orders in the system
- Fluent in English (Multi-language speaking is an asset)
- Manage Client-Partner’s meeting calendar
- Track Client Partner meeting follow ups
- Record meeting notes and follow-up items on System
- May spend two days a week with clients
- Get hold of potential clients
- Set an appointment for team either face to face or phone
- Preparing sales proposals

Skills & Requirements
The administrative assistant should have a high school degree (a college or associate’s degree is preferred), plus a minimum of 3+ years of administrative experience. Past work experience must demonstrate organizing and customer service/sales skills working with corporate clients in a B2B environment.

Multi-tasking, high attention to details and the ability to type a minimum of 55 WPM are required. Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills and excellent phone skills are required. We are looking for a motivated team player with a strong work ethic, punctuality, great communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Small Business Telecom Services & Product lines is strongly preferred.
